Lifetime Sizing Policy for Rings/Bands

Chisel provides a Lifetime sizing policy for all

Chisel Rings.  A CHARGE applies each time the

ring is returned for an exchange (return shipping

included) and those deductibles are listed

below.  We have the right to refuse to replace

the ring if it has been altered in any way, including:  

engraving, soldering, sizing, polishing, ultra

sonic cleaning, steaming and other obvious

signs of abuse to the ring will VOID the

guarantee.

The SIZING POLICY is just for the customer to

return a ring and exchange it for another size

if they loose or gain weight, and that is

because the rings are NOT sizable. The policy

is NOT meant to cover broken or damaged rings.

Rings will be exchanged for the

exact ring being returned unless the style

is no longer available.  In the case your ring

cannot be exchanged due to market availability,

we will exchange it for a ring that closely

matches the original band.
