Question:   Will I be charged a sales tax on

my order? 

Answer:  Currently, sales tax is only collected

on orders shipped to addresses in the State

of Florida ONLY.

Question: Will I be charged for shipping?

Answer: *FREE FedEx® Ground Shipping on U.S.

total orders of $89.00 or more.  Orders under $89.00

will be charged a flat rate of $6.49 delivery fee. 

To ADD FedEx® Standard Overnight Shipping or

FedEx® 2-Day Box Air (ALL shipping cost are,

non-refundable) for any item is completed at  

Checkout

(FedEx® Next-Day: $24.49 charge and

 FedEx® 2nd-Day: $14.49 Charge). 

FedEx® Saturday Delivery available at $40.49

Question:  Do you accept payment via Google

Checkout® or PayPal™ by Email invoice request?

Answer:  Yes, if you have a Google Checkout®

Account already set-up or PayPal™.   Request

an email Invoice...then just complete the process,

we will send the Email Invoice to your email.

Question :   Do you ship to Canadian Provinces or

Australian Provinces? 

Answer: Yes, we do ship to Canada and Australia,

(and other APO/FPO, international addresses,

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto, Guam, U.S. Virgin

Islands, and U.S. protectorates) but all orders

will be charged a shipping & handling fee

(Percentage of Cart...USD..All orders.) FedEx® 

International Priority shipping ONLY.

Question: Do I have to sign for my order

when delivered?

Answer: Yes. For your package safety,

it is best to have someone available (indirect

signature) to sign for your order during the

hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday thru Friday,

except holidays, or you will be contacted by

FedEx® for re-delivery or pick-up. Or sign

the FedEx® Card to leave at door (you are

responsible for items left).

Question: If I am not satisfied with my

purchase, can I return it?

Answer:  Yes, all orders may be returned in

the same condition it was purchased (including

packaging SKU# White Envelope) and with

the method of payment used for the initial

transaction within 12 days.

Answer:   If there is an error on our part

related to your order (Out of Stock), we will

issue a credit for your order and any

applicable shipping charges.

jewelry items may incur a price increase or

decrease due to fluctuations currently taking

place in the gold market WORLD-WIDE .
