All Jewelry sold by Golden Expressions Jewelry....GoldenExp.com has an original manufacturers' trademark stamp.  Our manufacturers/suppliers adhere to the rules and regulations of the National Gold and Silver Stamping Act, the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme and its applicable United States law.  Precious metal merchandise can be identified by codes: 10K Gold: 417, 14K Gold: 585, 18K Gold: 750, Platinum: 950, and Sterling Silver: 925 (the percentage of metal content: example 18k = 75.0% Gold)).  

SPECIAL ORDERS 

1.  The following items qualify as special orders: 

•    Merchandise altered at the customer's request.

•   Items offered in standard sizes which are altered in length or diameter to the customer's specifications.

•   All engraved or personalized pieces.

•    Special Order 10K or 18K white or yellow gold and Platinum Wedding Bands.

2.   Special order merchandise is made per the customer's direction.

          It is non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.  There are no exceptions made to this policy. 

3.   Special order delivery times can range between 3 days and 2 weeks.  You the customer will be advised of the expected delivery time of your specific item.  As always, the times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. 

4.  Golden Expressions Jewelry reserves the right to limit / deny returns.  Please see the Return Policy page.

All diamond carat weights represent the approximate total weight of all diamonds in each setting unless noted.  Carat total weight of diamonds may range +/- .01 to .05 carat.  No conflict diamonds have been used in the manufacturing of the jewelry sold by GoldenExp.com.   Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.  Website products may change or become discontinued (See Clearance Items!) without notice.  We reserve the right to change products and prices on our website without notice due to the gold market changes and other pricing issues or changes.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

PRICE CHANGE POLICY

Due to price fluctuation in the gold market and manufacturers price changes, we reserve the right to make price adjustments to any order, including karat gold.  Customer will be notified by email to approve the price increase or cancel the order.  No response within 48 hours will automatically cancel the order and payment will be refunded to credit card or other forms of payment (PayPal or Google).  EXCHANGES of 14k and 10k gold jewelry items may incur a price (up or down) change due to the changes in the gold market pricing.
