RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Our 12-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Our Quality Control Department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Damaged packaging will be refused upon receipt. We gladly refund merchandise that is returned in the same condition it was purchased and with the method of payment used for the initial transaction within 12 days (less a Re-stocking fee charge of $10.99 or 5% over $200). You are responsible for return shipping cost (via: USPS, UPS or FedEx). Refunds requested after 12 days, has an additional Late Return charge of 3% re-stocking fee.
Special orders are non-cancelable after placement of order. ALL returns items shall be approved by quality control before refunds.

2. Refund for the total amount, less a Re-stocking fee charge $10.99 under $199 orders or 5% over $200. All Late Returns (13 days) have an additional 3% re-stocking fee.
EXCHANGES SIZES for Chisel Rings/Bands and Same Style (only), under 4 days, NO Restocking fee charge. Lifetime Size Exchange available with a deductible fee charge.
3. Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been used, altered (i.e. engraved, sized, etc.) or damaged by the customer. Customers wishing to return merchandise must include a copy of the original invoice and any reason for the return of merchandise. Item must be returned in the original packaging with all applicable paperwork contained in it and the SAME condition as delivered. Products offering warranties (i.e. watches, etc.) will not be accepted without original warranty cards returned. Credits are granted at the discretion of Golden Expressions Jewelry. Customers returning items 13 days after the original invoice date will be charged a 3% restocking fee extra. ALL shipping is non-refundable (FedEx® Priority, FedEx® 2nd-Day Air or FedEx® Ground). EXCHANGES for platinum, 14k or 10k gold jewelry items may incur ADJUSTMENT CHARGES (REFUNDS or CHARGES) due to fluctuations in the gold market ...up or down.
4. Credit will be given for merchandise only. Customers attempting to return products without original packaging and paperwork will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise back to them. Customers returning merchandise NOT purchased through Golden Expressions Jewelry (GoldenExp.com) will be responsible for shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise BACK to (you) the customer, via email voucher, PayPal™ or Google pay request.
